Use of Website and Content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to view and use the materials on the Label Buddy website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or distribute our materials without written permission.
• Use our materials for commercial purposes or public display without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract software code from our website.

Order Terms

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Label Buddy. We reserve the right to refuse any order in accordance with the CPA.

Pricing

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices exclude shipping and handling fees, which will be displayed at checkout.

Payment

• Payment is required at the time of order.
• We accept major credit/debit cards as listed on our website.

Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
• After 2 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.

Custom Designs

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom designs remain the property of Label Buddy.
• We may use custom designs for marketing purposes (excluding personal information).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images, logos, or text provided.

Quality Guarantee & Returns

• We stand by the quality of our products.
• Custom labels: Non-returnable unless defective.
• Standard labels: Returnable within 30 days in original condition.
• Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic proof.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

All content on this website (text, graphics, designs, logos, software) is owned by Label Buddy and protected under South African copyright law.

Trademarks
