Production Times
Printing and production take 2–5 working days. Please note, delivery time is not included in this timeframe.
At Label Buddy, we offer the following shipping options:
Western Cape
Fast delivery across the Western Cape, including Cape Town (CBD & suburbs), Stellenbosch, Paarl, Wellington, Worcester, Malmesbury, and more.
- Cost: R50.00
- Shipping time:: 1–2 working days after production.
Rest of South Africa
Nationwide delivery to all major cities and towns.
- Cost: R100.00
- Shipping time:: 2-4 working days after production.

Shipping Notifications
You'll receive email notifications at each stage of your order:
- Order Confirmation - When your order is placed
- Processing - When we begin creating your labels
- Shipped - When your order leaves our facility
- Delivered - When your package arrives
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damage
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We'll send a replacement at no cost
Lost Packages
If your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Check the tracking information
- Contact us with your order number
- We'll investigate and reship if necessary
Shipping FAQ
Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Address changes must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately.
Q: What if my package is delivered to the wrong address?
A: Contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate and redirect your package.
Q: Can I combine multiple orders?
A: Orders cannot be combined once placed. Please ensure all items are in your cart before checkout.
